Facilities Managers, Inc. (FMI), established on October 22, 1996 is the local licensee of The ServiceMaster Company, a worldwide service outfit whose operation began widely established in the U.S. FMI is an affiliate of U-BIX Corporation, the Philippines' leading office systems services provider and is among Philippine Top 1,000 Corporations.

Facilities Managers, Inc. (FMI) started in October 22, 1996 when the company was awarded as the Master Franchisee of ServiceMaster, the United States' leader in the restoration and cleaning industry.

Facility Servisys, Inc. (FSI) was granted a sub-license to operate ServiceMaster products and services in Panay Island Cities and Provinces, the Philippines starting August 2017. The main office of FSI is co-located with U-BIX Corporation on the GF Viosils Arcade, MH Del Pilar, Molo, Iloilo City.

This is the first sub-license approved by Facilities Managers, Inc., the Master Licensee of ServiceMaster in the Philippines. FMI is a subsidiary of U-BIX Corporation, a Top 1,000 Corporation in the country.

Smart City Facility Services, Inc. (SCFSI) was granted a sub-license to operate ServiceMaster products and services in Northern Luzon, the Philippines starting January 2021. The main office of SCFSI is co-located with U-BIX Corporation on Unit 1 & 2, 1248 Professional Bldg., Miranda Street , Brgy. Sto. Rosario, Angeles City, Pampanga.

This is the second sub-license approved by Facilities Managers, Inc., the Master Licensee of ServiceMaster in the Philippines. FMI is a subsidiary of U-BIX Corporation, a Top 1,000 Corporation in the country.

The Sub-Licensing Agreement allowed FSI AND SCFSI the right to operate ServiceMaster Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services under the brand name ServiceMaster Clean and Safeway Termite and Pest Control Services under the brand name SAFEWAY

In addition to the various ServiceMaster licensed services, both FSI and SCFSI likewise offers to customers Office Support or Manpower Services, Engineering Maintenance Services, Grounds Care & Landscaping Services, and various cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.

Customers We Serve

As provided in the sub-licensing agreement, FSI and SCFSI will focus its operations on the three major markets namely Business & Industry (B&I), Education, and Health markets. In the B&I segment, FSI is focusing on Business Processing & Call Center companies. Out of the 150 accounts, 35 major clients comprise 93% of the company's revenue.

  • Go Green-Use of environment-friendly cleaning chemicals and agents in support of the LEED Certification program of clients. FMI's “Green” products are certified by various US Environmental Protection agencies.

  • Capture & Removal System - Use of Microfiber, Green Chemicals, and Back Pack Vacuums.

  • Blue Cleaning - Use of Ionized water for cleaning. Zero use of chemicals
