A COMPANY EMERGES.
Facilities Managers Inc. (FMI) started its journey 22 years ago in October 22, 1996 when the company was awarded as the master franchisee of ServiceMaster, the United States’ leader in the restoration and cleaning industry. The international license agreement granted Facilities Managers, Inc. the license to operate the ServiceMaster Management Services and ServiceMaster Clean brands. A partnership sealed and strengthened with the support of U-BIX Corporation its parent company, led by its
Signing of ServiceMaster Management Services and ServiceMaster Clean Franchise Agreement between Atty. Edilberto B. Bravo, President and CEO of UBIX Corp. and Mr. Dan L. Rutherford, VP for new and International business development of the ServiceMaster Company U.S.A.
Chairman Atty. Edilberto B. Bravo, brings to the Philippines the same level of focus to master the basics and deliver consistent service as foundation of the business. The company excelled by providing customers a remarkable cleaning experience by transforming the consistent completion of ordinary tasks into extraordinary service.
In 2001, Aramark Corporation, the leading food services and uniform rental company in the United States acquired ServiceMaster Management Services. The Aramark acquisition further strengthened FMI’s core service offering and created an opportunity to cover bigger institutional accounts.

on skills and work values required from service personnel. After training more than 20,000 FMI
