Facilities Managers, Inc. (FMI) started in October 22, 1996 when the company was awarded as the master franchisee of ServiceMaster, the United States’ leader in the restoration and cleaning industry.
One of the objectives of ServiceMaster is “To help people develop”. In pursuit of this objective, Mr. Bravo initiated the move that led to the establishment of Facilities Management Academy (FMA) on February 17, 2000.
Aramark Corporation, the leading food services and uniform rental company in the United States acquired ServiceMaster Management Services. The Aramark acquisition further strengthened FMI’s core service offering and created an opportunity to cover bigger institutional accounts.
The company expanded its operations nationwide with the establishment of regional branch in Cebu City to serve the demands of the clients.
The company established it's new regional branch at Cagayan De Oro to serve more clients.
The year 2008 marked a significant period in the company’s achievement, delivering over a half a billion pesos in customer level revenue. The following year, 2009, the company received its 2nd ISO re-certification, proving without doubt that FMI belongs to a class of its own.
To expand its services in the health market and gain foothold in the Linen & Laundry services, FMI acquired in 2015 Laundribest Inc., a major commercial laundry company in the country.
FMI has an annual customer level revenue of PHP 797 million.
Facility Servisys, Inc, a sub-licensee of ServiceMaster was established on Iloilo City.
